Sibgha Rauf

Sibgha Rauf is a communications specialist with versatile experience in digital media, corporate communication, on-camera presentation, and content production. As the Head of Communications and Strategies at the Center for Democracy and Climate Studies (CDCS), she leads the organization’s communication vision strengthening its presence across digital and traditional platforms while ensuring effective public engagement and visibility of CDCS initiatives. Her role also includes conducting trainings, organizing seminars, and contributing to research projects at the Centre.

With a background in media studies and extensive hands-on experience across Pakistan’s media and marketing sectors, she specializes in strategic communication, social media management, digital storytelling, and multimedia content creation. At CDCS, she develops and executes communication strategies, produces reports and digital content for high-level events, and enhances the Centre’s outreach through impactful narrative-building and media engagement.

In addition to her media work, Sibgha has contributed to women empowerment initiatives as an Ambassador for Inspiring Women Pakistan, participating in international exchange programs and conducting workshops for university students.
